The Enhance Hamilton County Foundation has announced that it has granted out $13,286.40 from its Hamilton County SEED Catalyst Fund for the third quarter of 2022.

The recipients of the second quarter grants are:

Classic Designs (Jewell) – building exterior resurfacing and paint – $12,000

Jewell A Main Street (Jewell) – historic plaques – $1,286.40

This grant is focused on economic development and community betterment in the communities of Ellsworth, Jewell, Stanhope and Stratford. The maximum amount that can be awarded for each grant is $12,000 or 40% of the project total whichever is less. A grant review committee consisting of representatives from the four communities review the applications and make their recommendation to the EHCF Board for distribution of funds.

Applications are awarded quarterly and due at the end of each quarter to be considered for that quarter’s grants. The next grant deadline is December 31, 2022. This grant program is in addition to the Enhance Hamilton County Annual Grant Program.
