The Enhance Hamilton County Foundation works with businesses in Hamilton County to create corporate giving programs that meet the needs of businesses while providing expert philanthropic guidance.

We provide professional investment management and perform accounting duties, while adding visibility to your organization’s charitable interests. A committee of leaders from your organization is able to direct where grants from your fund are distributed. Grants can be made to local, national and international organizations.
When your business establishes a corporate fund through the Enhance Hamilton County Foundation, you receive immediate tax benefits, even if the funds are distributed at a later date. Giving through the Foundation provides access to Endow Iowa Tax Credits, a 25% Iowa tax credit in addition to normal federal deductions for certain charitable gifts.
Your business can support students studying in your field through a named corporate scholarship fund. You have flexibility to advise the fund, name an advisory committee or allow the Enhance Hamilton County Foundation to select students based on your criteria. Whatever your preference, the Foundation will handle the administrative responsibilities and ensures scholarships are distributed according to tax rules and regulations.
